Special Guests and Apperances



 We will be honored by the appearance of some of the great women of 
at the event. They also have decided to donate from their big event at The Roanoke Civic Center to the kids. This bout will be a great one and will be one not to miss.  This group of women are one's that consistently gives back to the community in a huge way. So make sure you come meet them at the event and plan to go to the event on August 24 to show support for all they do!!~~~
This is a double header and will include entertainment between bouts and at each halftime by Jackal Tickets

Seats are $15/general admission, kids 8 and under will get in free.
Tickets will be available online through Ticketmaster (link TBA), or you can pick up a voucher from your favorite Roller Girl to present on bout day at the civic center.

Larry and Harley have always been good to support fundraisers in the area with Promote Commotion and here once again even though they are going to be in South Dakota the week before for Sturgis, they are going to plan to be at the event to meet the kids and all who come out to the event to help these kids~

Some volunteers will bring out some of the adoptable animals that day for everyone to see and so the kids can too.

One of the best events in Roanoke. One of the most entertaining night's out. Check them out and make plans to go to the next event.

Mr. V. Nelson Smither III
Nelson Smither is a seasoned  Executive Management Consultant with over 26 years of global business experience.  He specializes in the unique challenges associated with doing business in the Federal marketplace. Mr. Smither is a veteran of both the Army National Guard (ARNG) and the U.S. Navy.   While serving the ARNG he participated in global special operation low intensity conflict (SOLIC) missions with real world, field operational experience. As an active duty Navy Intelligence Specialist, Mr. Smither supported operations in CONUS and OCONUS locations to include austere missions afield in Europe, The Middle East, Northern Africa, and Southwest Asia.  Following military service, he has supported small, mid-sized, and large enterprise clients as a Delivery Program/Project Manager, Consultant, and Senior Executive for organizations engaged in global logistics, information technology, and operational missions.  Across  the Federal  business sector, Mr. Smither demonstrates an intimate knowledge of  Intelligence, Construction, and IT programs for NATO, DoD, and Civilian agencies


HE is also the parent of Sully Smither who is the lead singer of Harbor who will be playing for us. He is also handling the bands for us and sound. A great guy!!~~ A proud dad who is right with every step of the band and Sully. A great man with loads of pride, and a gift of giving back to the community~
